While we would absolutely love to fulfill every order, please understand that due to our commitment to excellence and attention to detail, we have a limited capacity. By submitting an order request, we cannot guarantee that your order will be fulfilled. We take pride in providing our best work for each customer, which is why we must restrict the number of orders we accept.

After you have submitted your order inquiry, we will promptly reach out to you to confirm availability and discuss any additional information required.

Once we have discussed the details, you will receive a quote for your order. Please note that I receive a large number of emails and requests, so it may take up to 5 to 7 days to receive a response while I check my availability. Your order is not confirmed until you have been sent an invoice and have paid a 50% deposit to ‘save the date’.  Because availability changes day to day, your deposit must be paid within 48 hours of invoice received. 

We do not ship any of our cookies. All orders must be picked up at our shop. Located in Coldstream BC. A delivery option (with fee) may be available depending on your location.
